Symposium registration fees cover admission to all online sessions, access to pre-print of the papers, viewing of recorded presentations (if any), and access to virtual rooms for private discussions with authors.

Refund policy: there is a 50€ service charge for processing refunds. Requests for  refunds must be received no later than 6 working days prior to the first day of the Symposium to be honoured. No refunds will be possible after August 19th, 2021.

Substitutions will be accepted till the first day of the Symposium.
