- Step 2 - When leaving to the Symposium:
• bring a copy of your slides on a flash disk
- Step 3 - At the Symposium (during coffee
break, just
before your session):
• check for the presence of your slides on the PC and introduce yourself to the session chair

- • prepare your poster introduction slides (ppt or pdf format) and upload them on the paper submission website.

- In the poster session, you will have 5 minutes to present your work, either using your poster or using a couple of introductive slides.

- Please be sure to fit within the five
minutes slot by
preparing a
four minutes speech
with only three slides including a title one.
- Step 2 - When leaving to the Symposium:
• don’t forget your poster behind the door,
• bring a copy of your poster introduction slides on a flash disk
- Step 3 - At the Symposium (the day your
poster will be
presented):
• early in the morning (typically during registration): install your poster in the poster viewing area (ask for help from an Audio-Visual Assistant if necessary).
• during a coffee break, before your Poster Introduction Session: check for the presence of your slides on the PC and introduce yourself to the session chair - • Please be sure to fit within the 5 minutes time slot by
preparing a 4 minutes speech.
• during the poster viewing session, stay close to your poster, happy face and ready to answer questions…
- Please take your poster back with you when leaving the
poster
room after your session.

FINAL PAPER PREPARATION AND
SUBMISSION
- Step 1 - Prepare your four up to six
pages final paper to
be IEEE compliant.
Templates can be found on www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html - Please make sure to use only A4
templates.
- Step 2 - Once your final manuscript is
ready, go to IEEE
pdf-Express website, create an account,
upload and verify that your file is IEEE compliant.
- On this site you can either test your pdf or generate a pdf using the DTIP ID code: 58682X
- Step 3 - Upload the final paper (pdf
file) of your
accepted paper, fill-in copyright form and select the presenter.
- Connect to the Paper Submission Website and enter the Author section. You will find your accepted paper with several possible actions.
- Select "Upload the camera ready file" and upload your IEEE Xplore compliant pdf.
- Select "Transfer the copyright form" and fill-in the form.
- At that step, you must also "Set the presenter"
of your
paper and upload a short bio for the Presenter in case of an oral
presentation.
The presenter must also register to the Symposium to allow inclusion of your paper in the final program.
- This step must be completed by May,
27th
