Symposium advance registration applies if participant is registered and the payment is received by June, 9th, 2020.

Symposium registration fees cover admission to all online sessions, access to pre-print of the papers, viewing of recorded presentations since end of july, and access to virtual rooms for discussions.

Refund policy: there is a 50€ service charge for processing refunds. Requests for preregistration refunds must be received no later than 6 working days prior to the first day of the Symposium to be honoured. No refunds will be possible after June 9th, 2020. Substitutions will be accepted till the first day of the Symposium.
